WHAT WILL I RECEIVE FOR MY VOUCHER

You will receive an accommodation voucher across a range of participating properties

The voucher is for accomodation only 

Costs to and from the property, meals and spending money are not included. 

AVAILABILITY
Most hotels won’t have availabilities during the busy Christmas & school holiday periods. It is recommended that client chooses nights between Sunday & Thursday.

Peak nights of Friday or Saturday, may be subject to a modest surcharge. 

• There are nightly fees & taxes for all resorts, which is a travel industry standard –about AUD$25 to $30 per room per night. These entail but are not limited to – services tax based on the full rate of the room, travel agency fees, local tourism &bed taxes etc.
**Note: Client must live 160km from hotel destination.

NEXT STEPS

On receipt of the ‘Holiday Certificates’ you will need to register the certificate online (web address on the certificates) by typing in the unique booking code and selecting their preferred location.

You will then receive an emailed to a link to complete the activation of their holiday, by paying the daily booking taxes/fees.

Once you have activated your holiday, your will have 12  months to choose travel dates.

Your will receive an email receipt and links to redeemvacations.com to search for dates and be able to choose from participating hotels for desired dates based on availability

CAN I TAKE THE KIDS?

Most hotels accommodate up to 4 persons, so 2 adults & 2 children up to 12 years of age are fine in most properties. If traveling with extra adults or children, upgrades may be available to accommodate.

HOW MANY NIGHTS ACOMODATION WILL I RECEIVE

This varies depending on the destination you choose butt generally::
​• Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Cairns, Canberra (5 Days / 4 Nights)
​• Koh Samui, Bali, Phuket (8 Days /7 Nights) 
​• Fiji, Vanuatu (5 days /4 Nights)
