New regulations on the way in which clinics advertise treatments which are prescription medications mean we are very limited to what we can say on our website. Details on the new rules are below but, in the meantime, this is what we CAN say!

- We can continue to give you a thorough consultation to enable our team to make appropriate recommendations for treatment.
- We can continue provide you with more information in the clinic than we can here.

OUR STANDARDS
Our high standards are unchanged as a result of the new regulations. We have always:
- Offered high standards of consultations, treatments and advice.
- Sought to ensure that our clients have full information about their treatments so that we comply with "informed consent" standards.
- Been open and transparent about pricing, products used, expected outcomes.
- Our goal has always been to under promise and over deliver.
- We have always had stringent procedures and protocols in place to ensure your safety.
EXISTING CLIENTS
Existing clients may continue to book their appointments as usual online or by phone.
NEW TGA ADVERTISING REGULATIONS
The TGA has introduced new restrictions on any aesthetic treatments for treatments that are prescription medications.
Hopefully you know what we are referring to!
These new regulations mean that in our marketing, social media or on our website.
We are now not permitted to:
- Use before and after photos.
- Use certain common words to describe the treatments.
- Put prices online.
- Use client testimonials on our website or social media.
WHAT WILL YOU SEE DIFFERENTLY?
Our marketing will change. We will no longer be able to use the words that you recognised for treatments that are prescription medicines.
Our website will have less information on it as we will have to remove all articles, blogs, and FAQ relating to treatments that are prescription medicines from it. We believe that removing important information and FAQs is detrimental to clients, but we have no alternative but to comply.
We will have to remove all client testimonials, photos, blogs, posts and comments relating to prescription medicines from our social media and website.
