Our high standards are unchanged as a result of the new regulations. We have always:

• Been open and transparent about pricing, products used, and expected outcomes. 
• Our goal has always been to under promise and over-deliver.  
• We have always had stringent procedures and protocols to ensure your safety.

NEW TGA ADVERTISING REGULATIONS

The TGA has introduced new restrictions on any aesthetic treatments for treatments that are prescription medications.

Hopefully, you know what we are referring to!

These new regulations mean that in our marketing, social media or on our website, we are no longer permitted to:

• Use before and after photos.
• Use certain common words to describe the treatments.
• Put prices online.
• Use client testimonials on our website or social media.

WHAT WILL YOU SEE DIFFERENTLY?

Our marketing will change. We will no longer be able to use the words that you recognised for treatments that are prescription medicines.

Our website will have less information on it as we will have to remove all articles, blogs, and FAQ relating to treatments that are prescription medicines from it. We believe removing important information and FAQs is detrimental to clients, but we have no alternative but to comply. 

We must remove all client testimonials, photos, blogs, posts and comments relating to prescription medicines from our social media and website.
