We understand that today's lifestyle is a hectic one and that it is not always easy to come into the clinic for a consultation or review. 
For your convenience we have re-introduced video consultations!

Simply your Video Consultation or Video review online at On Our Booking Portal . 

TO BOOK

1. Choose Your Appointment Type
Select "Video Consultation" if you wish to discuss new treatments or a new treatment plan (or even if you just wish to meet one of our new team members).
Choose Video review if you would like your practitioner to review a recent treatment 

2. Your Team Member (optional)  
If you leave this empty, there will be more availability choices

3. Select a Day and Time 
Pop it in your diary an relax!

4. You will receive an SMS Confirmation 
This should arrive within a few minutes of making the booking

5. Look out for your video link 
Your link will arrive in advance of your appointment. It is not automated so may not happen on the day you made your booking.
The link will be for a Microsoft Teams meeting which is the software we use for Video Consultations

6. On the day of the appointment, test the link 5 minutes before the appointment time
Just in case! All should run smoothly but if there is a problem, please do not stress - your team member will help you through.

7. Your Team Member will be on time and ready
The floor is all yours to ask all the questions you need and to share your skin and aesthetic goals 

After the meeting we will make notes in your file and retain the video consultation for your records.
In many cases we can arrange treatments from the consultation and start to plan your next steps. However, depending on the nature of your treatments we may still need to allow time for an Obeserv skin analysis at your next appointment, and in some cases, we may feel a face-to-face consultation will be important before finalising your treatment plan.
