Hello! 

I’m Deb and the owner of the Ultimate Skin & Body Clinic here in Cotlew St, Ashmore on the beautiful Gold Coast.  By background is diverse across many health specialties but in 2006, I fell head over heels in love with aesthetics!  I simply love that we can change people's lives, making them more confident and less self-conscious, making them happier with their appearance and love the skin they are in. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the stress lift from a furrowed brow, and a client smile.

There is a strong link between the way we look and the way we feel, and I like to think that we play a much-needed part to give you that boost.

In 2007 aged 44, I left the UK to move to Australia and I bought the original Australian Skin Clinic – which was located here in Cotlew Street. I had planned to retire, but got bored, got busy, and by 2011 had founded the Australian Skin Clinic Franchise which I grew to 60 clinics complete with an RTO training academy, shopfitting company and a Skincare business - all of which I sold in 2019. 

I did however, keep this, my original Ashmore location.

Th Ashmore clinic has always been very special and was always very different to the shopping centre style clinics that became the franchsie model. Ashmore was (and still is) a one-stop medi-aesthetic practice offering one of the widest ranges of effective treatments available. 

My goal is to continue to provide the perfect combination of advanced, credible and ethical medi-aesthetic treatments with the highest possible standards of customer service and client care. 

This location is not in a busy shopping mall so it is perfect for those who would like a discrete and convenient location for their aesthetic treatments. We have lots of on-site parking and calm, relaxing environment away from prying eyes.

In June 2020 I purchased the mineral makeup brand Issada Cosmetics which was shortly followed by the launch of Issada Clinical Skincare. My son Jacques and I had been working on the new skincare range for two years and many of you would have trialled here it in the clinic too where we originally called it UltimateRX. Since then, we have developed many more formulas under the Issada brand.

Our skincare is manufactured by my team in our own factory on the Gold Coast in Helensvale. It would be easier to have a contract manufacturer make it but we wanted our products to be individually tailored from he ground up and unique to ISSADA.
