STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


1. CANCELLATION POLICY

We are a small business with overheads and staff salaries to meet. 

​Therefore, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is expected for all appointment cancellations which is a reasonable time to allow the clinic to offer ​your appointment to another client. 

​If you miss your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 

- 50% of the treatment cost, 
- $50 for a consultation, 
- In the case of a pre-paid package appointment the appointment will be forfeit 
- Deposits paid for cosmetic injectable treatments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation within 24 hours


2. PACKAGES 

    Packages are normally discounted and offer significant savings. They are offered to give you the opportunity to get the best possible outcome on your treatments. This will allow you to budget and enable our team to schedule your treatments for the best treatment results.

    • Packages must be pre-paid in full.
    • Not available with any other offer or discount 
    • Packages are valid for 12 months from date of purchase


3. MEMEBRSHIPS & PAYMENT PLANS

​We offer memberships via AGLOW
 Memberships are another way to budget for your treatments and schedule your treatments at appropriate intervals and can be tailored to weekly or monthly 
 payments. Depending on your treatmemts you may be required to pay an upfront cost with the remainder spreaspread across an agreed timeframe.

​If you terminate the membership early, you will be billed for an adjustment payment to reverse the membership discounts or ​add-ons and revert the cost of all treatments received prior to cancellation to our standard list price. 
​This may mean there will be a balance to pay.

4. CLIENT REWARDS PROGRAM

​We love to reward our clients for their loyalty to the brand and loyalty points can be earned on in-clinic treatments and retail products.

Every $10 you spend earns a $1 reward.

Rewards are:

  • Valid for 6-months from date of receiving them against any treatment in clinic
  • Retail products may be purchased using 50% points and the balance as Cash or credit card
  • Not redeemable for Cash or Cash substitutes
  • Non-transferable

*Not applicable to cosmetic injectables as it is illegal to discount S4 drugs.

** From 1st December 2024 rewards will be valid for 3 months and those earned prior to 1st September 2024 will expire.

6. BIRTHDAY VOUCHER

Birthday certificated valid for whole of birthday month only. 
Only 1 valid per client
Redeemable against treatments only

*Not redeemable against cosmetic injectables as it is illegal to discount S4 drugs.


7. SALE PRICES 

Not valid in conjunction with any other offer
Where more than one offer is available, clients may choose the offer they prefer.
