Registration Information

We ask new clients to complete a Registration Form which forms part of our consultation and recommendation process. This form will help our team assess your needs and suitability for treatment. The data collected in this form is used to keep you up to date with new services and developments, and also to confirm your appointments and to provide essential pre and post treatment information.

Please update your client record at the Ultimate Skin & Body clinic in the event of changes to your contact details. Contact details include name, address, mobile and email and will ensure that we can get any necessary information to you. Please see our privacy policy for more details.


Appointments can are in a variety of ways:

  • Online
  • In Person
  • By Telephone on 07 5655 0679

We aim to always run to time. Please arrive at the clinic five to ten minutes before your appointment to allow time for parking and checking in. If you are late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the full treatment time that you are booked for although you will be required to pay in full.

If you miss your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of:

  • 50% of the treatment cost,
  • $30 for a consultation, or
  • In the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeit.

For health and safety reasons, children cannot accompany clients into the treatment rooms nor are staff qualifies to supervise them.


Treatments/services and service packages are not normally transferable to other individuals.

If the product or service that you purchased was faulty and you experienced a major problem, you will be able to receive a refund for unconsumed services.

A major problem is defined as

  • Something that would have stopped a person from purchasing the service if they had known about it
  • Is substantially unfit for its common purpose, and can’t easily be ­fixed within a reasonable time
  • Does not meet the specific purpose you asked for and cannot be rectified within a reasonable time
  • Creates an unsafe situation

If the problem with a service provided is not major, we will attempt to correct it within a reasonable time. If the problem cannot be ­corrected, we view it as a major problem.

We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the products or services you purchased.

In the case of products, please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.


A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is expected for all appointment cancellations which is a reasonable time to allow the clinic to reallocate your appointment to another client.

If you miss your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost, $50 for a consultation, or in the case of prepaid treatments; the treatment will be forfeit.

Deposits paid for cosmetic injectable treatments are non-refundable.

Our Price Promise

We will match any advertised price within a 30km radius of our clinic on a like-for-like treatment.

To qualify the advertised competitor price must be current and represent the same technology or product.
